The wood is treated?

Wood treatment is optional. Wood treatment using a water-based environmental treatment against decay, insects, mildew, UV, weathering. We can offer more colors. Also we provide quality and conformity certificate for solution treatment.

What joinery are you using?

For garden houses, pavilions, garages use carpentry of wood, classic, simple glass. For vacation homes use laminated wood joinery with double glazing windows.

What type of foundation is required for a wooden house?

Wooden houses built by us does not require concrete foundation. It needed a cast-concrete well leveled. This operation will matter for the client and run the dimensions given by us. For medium and large homes, continue to require traditional foundations, like those for masonry houses with brick / concrete. For small houses, foundations are discontinuous, with a different structure in function of their particularities.

Such houses are not dangerous to fire because the wood is a light material?

If the building is from wood, fire and moisture persistence are the main enemy. To overcome these problems, we recommend to achieve a complete treatment of wood against moisture and fire and use an insulating material resistant to these destructive factors. As with any construction, wood surface should be avoided with an open fire, an uninsulated power source or other sources that allow swelling wood.

We execute in the factory a pre-assembly of the house and we invite you to come and valid.

Can you execute a house after my drawings?

At customer request we can execute a house according to drawings provided from him, which we adapt to our constructive system.

Do you provide installation assistance?

Mounting garden houses, pavilions, garages may be made by you based on the installation instructions that we provide you. Mounting vacation huses can be executed under the direction of a person that we sent to you. You have to pay labor for this person. We can provide installation for the vacation houses. In this case you will need to make the cost of labor, transportation, accommodation and meals team. We can only provide mounting structure of wood, insulation, roof to roof, joinery. Other operations, such as pouring concrete plate, electrical installation and plumbing are in your pregnancy.

What are the advantages of massive wood construction to the construction of masonry / brick

Wood is the most environmentally friendly building material when used effectively. What kind of heating system can be used?

In this case, our recommendation is to use closed or semi-enclosed combustion chamber for increased security degree in mining.

What finishes can be used in bathrooms / kitchens in wood houses?

What works is the responsibility and expense of the customer to purchase a wooden house?

Works entering the client are: preparing the project for construction authorization, concrete slab were will be installed over the house, electrical and sanitary installations. Once the authorization is obtained, customer is responsible for arranging and / or fencing land, connection to utilities and execute foundation. How long it takes to mount a house?

Any garden houses, pavilions, garages may be installed in a day or two. Holiday Houses, depending on the complexity and size, can be installed in 4-5 days (the easiest) and 14-15 days (most complex).

Who makes the project for building permit?

We will send you informative plans for the construction and then a company specializing in design (from your town) will prepare the project for obtaining approvals and building permits.

How long it takes since the order is made until the house is delivered?

Delivery of the houses varies depending on the type of their complexity. We offer a period between 30 and 90 days.

How does the wooden houses behaves at earthquakes?

The joint at the corners, by tongue and groove assembly and mechanical qualities of laminated wood construction make this type to be best suited for seismic regions. The structure of these houses is conceived as a space frame system elastic, there are levels of effort, all is balanced and smooth. What is the lifespan of the wooden house?

For houses that were not treated we offer a warranty of 5 years and for those treated a 10-year warranty. Lifetime for houses, vary depending on the maintenance of wood. We recommend to make a treatment of wood on the outside, once every 3-4 years, given the fact that the exterior walls are exposed to harmful climatic factors (rain, wind, UV, etc..). Do not forget that currently there are houses that were built 100 years ago.

How is thermal insulation made for wooden houses?

In this case we can offer one of our holiday houses, but only those with double-wall structure. Between the inner and outer wall will be a distance of 50 or 100 mm which will be added insulation (mineral wool, basalt wool, polystyrene, etc.)
